I am probably too postmodern or something, because the idea of a “curriculum” for small groups sounds to me like lame, prepackaged, corporate, institutionalized, mumbo-jumbo (I’ll stop with the adjectives now). But this new curriculum called “Sent: Living the Missional Nature of the Church” from Ed Stetzer looks really good.

Sometimes “curriculum” can work wonders to get things going.
Just a teacher thinking about how the Holy Spirit uses our simple
abilities and insights to glorify God…again we return to the bottom
line…”He must increase, we must decrease”.

  2. Hey Danny, I’m on the Threads team, which released Ed’s study- Sent: Living the Missional Nature of the Church. Glad to hear you are checking it out and would love to get your feedback/thoughts!

Mom, you are, as usual, right 🙂

Jenny, I’m looking forward to using this with a small group someday soon. It probably won’t be for a little while, but it is definitely on my short list! I will be sure to give feedback also. Thanks for the comment!
