A Day Off

Today I have the day off. (Well, sort of. We have the last night of VBS tonight.) But at least I don’t have to spend eight hours punishing my feet with the weight of my body on them.

It’s good to rest, and be at a coffee shop with free wi-fi, decent coffee, and a good atmosphere.

I got the oil changed in Laura’s car this morning, so now the rest of the day is my oyster (or something like that).

I spent some time in Isaiah 43, and now I’m about to read some Stetzer.

How interesting – so did I! (The Isaiah 43 part.)

  2. Tato says:

I didn’t read Isaiah 43 today… but wanted to comment that I look forward to a couple weeks when we’ll get to hang out for Nathan’s wedding and I will hopefully get a chance to dominate at the ping pong table.

    Enjoy the day off.

  3. Lee says:

Oh, oh, oh – can I crash the ping-pong party?

    See you at the wedding!

  4. Danny Slavich says:

    It’s on.

(Tato has to save some face since the Slavich boys whooped on him in May…)

  5. dad says:

I hereby challenge Tato to at least one game of ping-pong.
Though the Slavich boys “own” you…there may be SOME chance against a wide old Slavich man.

    …but probably not!
